John Jacobs & Power Story
Sensei Pacer travelled the world for a year with John Jacobs the founder, president, and leader of the world famous Power Team. Presidents, Governors, and even Chuck Norris endorsed this guy.
He is one of the World's greatest motivational speakers, up there with Tony Robbins and the Pope. Michael Jackson even sent a letter telling how he enjoyed watching John Jacobs and the power team. He has personally spoken in over 2000 crusades in 40 countries with his messages, had his own motivational TV show. He bench pressed 650lbs. and when I worked with him he was 300lbs, 6'6" and 10% body fat.
The guy is a major Alpha to say the least.
We would fly into a state or country unpack the bags, find a gym, train, stretch, do cardio, find food, work the show, save souls, out to eat, tan, go to the hotel, write down everything that needed to be done the next day and execute it to the highest standards. He only needed 4.5 hours of sleep, and he'd get up the next day, eat, train, fly home to head quarters in Dallas, TX, work the office for a few days, train, eat, stretch, tan, etc.
I'd pick him up and drive the car to all his errands and favorite restaurants. I carried a bag with all his goodies in it from phones, protein powder, carb powder, mirror, pen, paper, money, to do list, key, weapons, etc. But what made all of this fun was I got to learn from him. He was the first of his kind, he had pushed through a barrier in life. It was like a game to see how far he could push things mentally. He would mentally push past the pain barrier by not acknlowedging it, he pushed for more reps and more sets to see how crazy big he could get. By living clean, eating right, worked hard for fun. He was very business savvy, very good people skills, he could manipulate any personal situation in a moment notice. He scored the almighty 11 on the 1 to 10 alpha scale.
