Personal training is one of the most effective ways to get fit and stay fit. You get a customized workout, personalized attention, and in your face motivation that is definitely worth the money.

Sensei Pacer currently has two openings available for Personal Training.

Rates

Personal Training is $60 per hour and $350 for a day. For 10 sessions (one hour per session) $450.

How it All Works

People make money. Then they come to me. I make them lift heavy weights, do cardio, and do kicks and punches repeatedly, for one hour or more. Before they go they give me some money and a few days later they come back to do it all over again. Some clients I have had for 10 years. They have come every week, 52 times a year, and go through this calorie burning torture to get their fitness on. This thing that we do is called fitness and it makes them better. Some clients of mine are millionaires that take an hour out of the middle of the day to have me push their fitness button. They shower, put their clothes back on, and they are ready to go kick their world in the ass.

According to Health Check Systems, The American Council on Exercise has categorized ranges of body fat percentages as follows:

Athletes 16 - 20% 6 - 13%
Fitness 21 - 24% 14 - 17%
Acceptable 25 - 31% 18 - 25%
Obese 32%+ 25%+
